Scenic Fall Color Chairlift Rides at Giants Ridge

FREE SHUTTLES will be looping from the Biwabik Main Street to the Vermilion Trail Campground to Giants Ridge, on September 24, 2022, from 11am to 11pm.
There is a fee for riding the chairlifts and you must sign a waiver.
The “Sarajevo Express” chairlift (a high-speed quad lift), transports guests to the top of the Giants Ridge mountain where they may enjoy majestic views of the Superior National Forest and surrounding area. The view from the Giants Ridge mountain is truly one of the Iron Range’s hidden gems and creates a whole new Giants Ridge experience for resort guests. Do not forget to bring your camera as the views are spectacular.
Guests have access to both our Ridgeview Overlook Walking Trail (0.3 miles) and Wynne Lake Vista Trail (0.8 miles) from the top of the chairlift. Giants Ridge also has other hiking, plus, golf, mountain biking and a climbing wall for a full range of recreation.
